Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. The role involves gaining product knowledge, intercepting and engaging consumers, and presenting product benefits in a professional manner.

You will prepare and serve samples using small appliances and maintain a clean, safe workspace while upholding a professional appearance. The position is part-time, not expected to exceed 25 hours per week, and may be adjusted based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the products represented and engage customers.
• Proactively intercept, engage, and sell products to consumers.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and appearance.
• Set up Event Table and achieve 100% execution.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements on the day of events.
