Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is hiring for an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, intercept and engage consumers, and showcase product benefits in a professional manner.

You’ll prepare, serve, and break down samples using small appliances, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and a professional appearance. The role emphasizes direct consumer interaction, accurate execution at client sites, and timely completion of online requirements.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months’ related experience preferred or equivalent.
• Computer skills: Proficient with PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations and engage consumers.
• Prepare, serve, and break down products, equipment and supplies.
• Interact professionally to demonstrate features and benefits of products.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work station and appearance.
• Set up Event Table and complete all on-line requirements on the day of execution.
