TitleMax is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Vicksburg, MS. You will greet customers, process transactions, and provide friendly, responsive service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in comprehensive on-the-job training and have access to a robust LMS. The role offers cross-brand opportunities nationwide, a leadership potential program, and an emphasis on professional growth through a structured career path.

Competenze

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check required.
