Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Customer Service team member to support in-store services, greet customers, and process a variety of transactions. You will handle mailing services, money orders, license sales, and refunds while maintaining a positive, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at registers, keeping the area clean, and collaborating with coworkers to ensure satisfaction. High school diploma required with 6–12 months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Process mail, money orders, and various types of mail services accurately.
• Sell money orders, checks, hunting and fishing licenses as applicable.
• Assist customers at registers and in other areas of the store as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report to work on time.
