Pay-O-Matic is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative to join our team at Store 212 in Bronx, NY. The CSR handles a range of financial transactions, opens accounts, and promotes Pay-O-Matic services. The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time and in-person, with shifts including weekends and holidays. The company offers competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to communicate with diverse customers and teams.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and store openings/closings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to customer needs.
• Process transactions (cash checks, money transfers, bill payments, prepaid products).
• Open new customer accounts and issue cards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and accounts.
• Promote services and assist customers with product information.
• Follow cash handling and safety procedures.
• Clean and organize the store and Secure Area.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and light cleaning.
