Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing transactions, assisting inventory, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless service. Office hours are daytime, with occasional travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prefer experience with customer service / data entry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Answer questions regarding product features, pricing and availability.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members for a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on new products and promotions to assist customers.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
• Adhere to company policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Other duties as assigned.
