Friendly Express, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves greeting customers, handling cash register transactions, and maintaining clean, organized service areas across gas, retail, and food service zones. This position supports management in daily tasks, adheres to safety and security policies, and participates in store-level marketing and promotional activities.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a fast, friendly shopping experience across gas/fuel, retail, and food service areas.
• Operate a cash register, manage cash levels, process transactions, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to policies on sale of restricted items and ensure compliance with laws and company rules.
• Ensure fresh, quality food and beverages are available; maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Follow uniform and dress code policies; uphold safety and security procedures.
• Execute store marketing programs and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Replenish stock, front-face products, and remove damaged items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store interior and exterior; report theft or shoplifting.
