Job summary

Friendly Express is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store operations and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and help with food service duties, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include operating the register, handling transactions, stocking and rotating products, and assisting management with store tasks. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to Multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic language and mathematical skills.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Reliable to report to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate cash register per company policies and handle cash accurately.
• Comply with laws and policies on alcohol, tobacco, lottery and restricted items.
• Ensure fresh food and hot beverages are available.
• Keep store clean and presentable inside and outside.
