The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team. You will work to provide outstanding customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming environment aligned with our policies and core values.

You will be cross-trained across retail and food service tasks to support store operations while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions, percentages, ratios.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Physical ability to stand and perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to customers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and report hazards.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and follow cash-handling policies.
• Maintain organized work area and clean store including restrooms.
