Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service, handling financial transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store environment that reflects our Core Values and Store Policies.

You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, cross-train in multiple store functions, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards while providing positive experiences for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must follow safety policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Cross-train to perform all retail and food service duties of CSR role.
• Maintain safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to customers and address issues promptly.
• Keep a clean, organized sales floor and restrooms at all times.
• Ensure compliance with age restricted sale policies and document ID when needed.
• Assist merchandising, pricing and food service requirements as directed by management.
