You will support store operations, interact with vendors, and help customers find products while maintaining a clean sales floor. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system and handle transactions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Ensure firearms are secured with trigger locks.
• Check in vendors and manage visitor badges as required.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds or exchanges.
• Promote Bass Pro Shops programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
• Provide information and directions to customers and help them make buying decisions.
• All other duties as assigned.
