Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact in person and over the phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service and identify customer needs.
• Prepare quotes and estimates and follow up on opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate technician jobs and adjust schedules as needed.
• Order and reorder materials and resolve order issues.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, availability, pricing, and corrections.
• Process customer payments, vendor invoices, and bills.
• Assist with insurance claims and verification when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, job, scheduling, billing, and order information.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, appointments, service needs, and job status.
• Work closely with Store Managers and Technicians to keep jobs organized and on schedule.
• Manage multiple priorities, including customer calls, walk-ins, technicians, vendors, and administrative tasks.
• Help manage the day-to-day operation of the store when the Store Manager is in the field.
• Represent the Portland Glass brand with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.
