Job summary

Portland Glass, part of the Neighborly family, is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. You will provide outstanding service in person and over the phone, schedule installations, generate and follow up on leads, and manage estimates and invoicing to support our glass projects.

We offer full benefits, a 401k with match, PTO, and performance bonuses. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with a high school diploma or GED required and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in an office/shop setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Make outside calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Follow up on estimates and quotes with customers.
• Administrative duties: scheduling installations, placing orders, receiving products, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, and communicating with insurance companies.
