Job summary

Optimum is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join one of the company’s largest sales channels. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, and promote our high-speed connectivity solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will act as an in-store brand ambassador, leveraging product knowledge to meet sales targets and grow lifelong customer relationships within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.
• Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the digital gap with strong communication to engage customers.
• Stay updated on products and services to educate customers and recommend solutions.
• Assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments and troubleshoot issues.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
