Optimum Communications Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to join our busy in-store teams. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, and steer them toward the right connectivity solutions while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

As a brand ambassador, you will help meet sales targets, share product knowledge, and provide outstanding customer service. The role requires energy, reliability, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for growth within a leading

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivator with the ability to work independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills.
Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.
Standing for prolonged periods with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.

Responsabilités

Engage with customers and guide them to products and services.
Educate customers about product options and recommend solutions.
Assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments and handle equipment issues.
Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with team to ensure a superior customer experience.
