Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Some locations may require travel to other stores within 35 miles; interview will discuss.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Educate customers about products and services with up-to-date knowledge.
• Assist with billing, service questions, payments, exchanges and equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
