Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity.
• Retail environment experience on store floor is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat clients to drive sales
• Maintain knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and use
• Participate in-store events, marketing and CRM activity to drive repeat business
• Adhere to client service standards and company policies
• Foster a friendly, open environment for all in-store guests
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
