Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. The role focuses on full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, offering expert tax advice, planning services, and software support in an on-site store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons and 20+ clients per season.
• Experience handling personal tax returns (30+ per year).
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks enhancement is a plus.
• Licensure or certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for individuals and business clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial situations and offer tax planning guidance.
• Cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services to support clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting and represent TurboTax locally.
