Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round Business Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on planning, and deliver personalized guidance in a welcoming in-store setting. You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists, expand the local client base, and represent TurboTax as a trusted community ambassador.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including complex situations.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-store and via Intuit tools.
