Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, offering expert advice and building long-term client relationships in a friendly on-site environment. As a TurboTax Expert, you’ll collaborate with a team of specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver personalized tax planning and support using

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return preparation for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge or willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance.
• Possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax Uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to support clients’ needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
