Job summary

TAL Building Centers is seeking an in-branch sales professional to serve existing account customers and walk-ins with project-based sales. You will manage the sales process end-to-end: identify leads, negotiate all deal phases, and close orders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This full-time, on-site role requires teamwork, effective communication, and a solid understanding of contractor sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School or equivalent.
• 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in the building industry or construction environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Point of Sale Programs.

Responsibilities

• In-branch, store-based sales for existing accounts and walk-ins from end-to-end: identify leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Communicate with customers to determine requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met promptly.
