Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School or equivalent.
• 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in the building industry or construction environment.
• Must be able to work as a team and communicate effectively.
• Good understanding of contractor sales process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Point of Sale Programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and develop relationships; present tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from lead to close.
• Negotiate terms and close sales with customers.
• Coordinate with yard, store and office teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with credit and returns processes as needed.
