Job summary

TAL Building Centers is seeking an in-branch sales role at our Vancouver, WA store to serve existing accounts and walk-in customers. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is an onsite role with no remote work. Starting wages are based on experience and education, with benefits including health/dental, HSA contributions, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in building industry or construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Point of Sale Programs.
• Must be able to work as a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and make effective sales presentations.
• Establish relationships with customers and assess requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare estimates and process quotes, purchase orders, tickets, changes, invoices, etc.
