Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring beloved snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are always in stock while representing the brand with professionalism.

You will drive to multiple local stores, work a physical role, and collaborate with store teams. Weekend availability and a valid license are required, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance and travel to multiple stores.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Lima, OH; open availability weekdays including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management teams.
