Job summary

Mondelez International in Texas seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store teams.

You’ll order product via iPad, photograph displays, and follow RTM plans. The role requires early start times, driving your own vehicle within 25-35 miles of Lubbock/Snyder, and a positive, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
