Job summary

Mondelēz International in Spring, TX is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution of Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are in stock and properly presented to shoppers.

You’ll build relationships with store teams, place orders via iPad, follow RTM plans, and capture photos of displays. The role involves lifting, constant movement, and weekend coverage with start times around 6 am.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Spring, TX.
• Willing to work four weekdays and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical duties including lifting and moving products.
