Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in Burleson and Crowley, TX.

You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock and neatly presented to shoppers. You’ll use an iPad and Salesforce to place orders, capture display photos, and share store insights with the RTM team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with active insurance coverage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Burleson, TX; secondary location Crowley, TX.
• Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical tasks of moving products.
