Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Fort Worth area.

You will manage in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves, building displays, and placing orders to ensure products are in stock and prominently displayed. You’ll drive store relationships, capture display photos, and follow RTM plans while working a physically active schedule from early morning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree not specified.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards, capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, performing physical tasks as required.
