Job summary

Mondelēz International Inc. in Saginaw, TX is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store—stocking shelves, building displays, and keeping products in stock.

You will visit stores, lift up to 50 lbs, and drive your own vehicle to support RTM plans, using Salesforce on an iPad for orders. Compensation includes benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
