Job summary

Mondelēz International in Willcox, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays and drive flawless in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will visit stores, manage orders via iPad and Salesforce, and partner with store teams to keep products in stock and visible. This role involves lifting and physical work with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to drive own vehicle with insurance and travel to store locations.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI merchandising standards.
Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient store coverage.
Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
