Mondelez International in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock to delight shoppers.

You will visit multiple stores, represent the brands professionally, place orders via iPad (Salesforce), and implement RTM plans while maintaining strong store relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Santa Barbara, CA (Goleta, Ventura).

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering great customer service.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM; cover retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties.
