Job summary

Mondelez International in Destin, FL seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz and other brands to life in-store, stocking shelves, executing displays and ensuring products are in stock. You will visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capture display photos, build strong relationships with store staff, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID driver’s license or U.S. passport.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a retail setting.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle with insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Destin, FL.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
