Job summary

Mondelēz International in Destin, FL seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and more. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are visible and in stock.

You’ll build relationships with store teams, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and follow RTM plans. This role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and the ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID or U.S. passport or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance and be able to travel to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brand.
• Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical duties like lifting and moving products.
