Job summary

Mondelēz International in Des Plaines, IL seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays and reinforce visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita and other Mondelez brands at customer sites.

You will visit stores, place orders via iPad, follow Mondelēz merchandising steps, and collaborate with sales reps to ensure planogram compliance while delivering in-store service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and to meet physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz visit method.
• Be in charge of quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE products in checkouts and in-store locations dedicated to impulse products.
• Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representative to fill in check outs and ensure competition is respecting it.
• Occasionally fill in seasonal shelf and place seasonal visibility actions in store.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient instore service.
• Optimize seasonal sales and support seasonal campaigns in store visibility.
• Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility.
