Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and execute displays across assigned stores. You will collaborate with sales representatives to maximize product visibility and ensure on-shelf availability for iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz.

Primary responsibilities include store visits, ordering products via iPad, follow-through on negotiated store plans, and driving seasonal displays and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license or U.S. passport/federal ID.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, bend, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Order product via iPad for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.
