Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to join our US field team. You’ll stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure our iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! are available and well-presented in assigned stores.

You’ll use an iPad to place orders and Salesforce to manage stock, traveling across New Albany and nearby towns. A valid driver’s license and 18+ are required; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, moving up to 25 lbs; sometimes over 50 lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of New Albany, IN; secondary locations listed.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following Merchandising Excellence standards; capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans.
• Adhere to daily schedules and prioritize efficiently.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Share store-level insights with RTM and management.
