Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in stock according to RTM plans.

You’ll travel to Montgomery, Selma, and Troy areas, delivering strong customer service to store teams and shoppers while supporting seasonal launches and promotions. Physical work is required, with lifting and movement of products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID or federal ID to access military base facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with insured vehicle.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs, and up to 50 lbs for pushing/pulling.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
