Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy! to life in local stores.

You’ll stock shelves, build displays, take in-store photos, and place product orders via iPad using Salesforce to keep items in stock and visibility high. This role serves the Alexandria, Fergus Falls, or Sauk Center, MN region with Wednesday–Sunday schedules starting at 6–7 am.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles from the primary location: Alexandria, MN.
• Secondary Location: Fergus Falls, MN or Sauk Center, MN
• Schedule availability required: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
• Start by 6-7 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM‑negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high‑visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack‑powered hustle
