Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! in local stores. You will build relationships with store staff, stock shelves, execute displays, and use Salesforce on an iPad to keep products in stock.

Open availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (and more) are required. The role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, with mileage reimbursement and growth

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Professional attitude, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage across locations.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety requirements and handle lifting and movement of products.
