Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to be the face of iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! in stores across Nebraska.

You'll stock shelves, set displays, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and ensure products are in stock and well-presented. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), strong customer service, and the capacity to work early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of primary location: North Platte, NE; secondary: Lexington, NE.
• Scheduled workdays include Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun; start by 7 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of brand.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules for efficient coverage with RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM/management.
• Maintain safety and handle physical tasks (lifting/bending/moving product).
