Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! in Dayton, OH.

You’ll perform in-store merchandising, stock shelves, build store relationships, and place orders via iPad while capturing display photos and ensuring in-stock conditions. You will work on a schedule starting at 07:00 AM, travel to nearby stores, and support new product launches along with seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Dayton, OH; willingness to travel to secondary locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally to shoppers and store teams.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and ensure shelf/ display execution.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow RTM daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and merchandising events.
• Report store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
• Adhere to safety policies and handle physical merchandising tasks.
• Drive within assigned routes and maintain mileage reimbursement compliance.
