American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Foley, AL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and give every guest an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, sharing your genuine passion for AE and Aerie products. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, promote the loyalty program, and move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Have worked in retail previously.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and excite them with product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team to get the job done.
• Act with integrity, adhering to all AEO policies and procedures.
