Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Support multiple store zones: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy as a team player.
