Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative to advocate the Dell brand in retail locations in Shakopee, MN. The role focuses on relationship building with store teams, product demonstrations, and ensuring Dell displays meet brand standards.

Training will be provided, with ongoing incentives and travel within the assigned market. You will engage shoppers, educate associates on Dell features, and help maintain high standards for merchandising and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical products preferred.
• 6+ months of training experience in direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities with customers and retail partners.
• Develop partnerships with store management to foster sales activities with associates.
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training for front line staff and managers.
• Ensure products are displayed, functional, and clean in-store.
• Set retail display resets and refreshes within assigned markets.
• Travel for merchandising nationwide to drive brand excitement.
