2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring a full-time Brand Representative for Dell in Framingham, MA. The role focuses on building Dell brand awareness inside retail stores, delivering engaging in-store demonstrations, and training retail staff to confidently present Dell products.

The ideal candidate is a people-person with strong communication skills, capable of creating positive interactions with store associates and customers while traveling across the market to visit retailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
• Demonstrate and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Build partnerships and trust with key store stakeholders and shoppers.
• Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings.
• Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers and generate brand excitement.
• Drive sales productivity through high quality sales interactions with customers.
• Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics.
• Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices.
