Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a full-time Brand Representative in Cleveland, OH to advocate for Dell in retail environments. You will build relationships with store associates, demonstrate Dell products, and educate customers on features while supporting merchandising and brand standards.

The role emphasizes a people-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory to energize shoppers and drive product awareness. Dell brand standards must be upheld.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging directly with customers and retail channel partners
• Develop partnership with retail store management to foster sales driving activities with associates
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front line store associates and managers
• Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean
• Set Retail Display Resets and Refreshes as needed within assigned Markets
• Opportunity to travel for Merchandising throughout the nation
• Drive sales productivity through high quality sales interactions with customers
• Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices
• Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations
• Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed
