2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative to champion the Dell brand in Framingham retail locations. You will build relationships with store staff and shoppers, drive product demonstrations, and ensure Dell standards are upheld across displays.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and active travel within the assigned market to educate customers and boost in-store engagement with Dell products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related tech preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within 70 miles of ideal market.
• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand market share through daily sales activities with customers and retail partners.
• Develop partnerships with store management to foster sales driving initiatives.
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with frontline staff and managers.
• Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean in-store.
• Set retail display resets and refreshes as needed within assigned markets.
• Travel for merchandising across the nation as required.
• Educate customers while highlighting product features and Dell offerings.
