Job summary

Mobilelink seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join Cricket Wireless stores in the United States. Provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.

Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and assist in store operations to support sales goals. As part of this role, you will have unlimited earning potential through commissions and participate in outside events when required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Live within 30 minutes of the store and willing to travel between district locations.
