Qualifications

• Sales experience in beauty/retail is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge in beauty brands and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with working a flexible retail schedule including peak hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to every client.
• Build personalized baskets using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits and promote CVS Beauty Club programs.
• Maintain organized, clean displays and promotions in the beauty zone.
• Participate in training and store events to support sales goals.
