CVS Health is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional in-store beauty service, share trends, and enhance the shopper experience in our CVS Beauty zone. You will guide customers, upsell, and participate in promotions to maximize sales while maintaining clean displays and brand standards.

This full-time role requires strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Formación

• Sales oriented with customer-focused approach.
• Ability to use product knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Must demonstrate ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities preferred in some stores.

Responsabilidades

• Seek and assist customers with personalized beauty consultations and upsell to maximize sales.
• Explain product usage and benefits, promote CVS Beauty Club and in-store promotions.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials; ensure clean, well-stocked zones.
• Participate in training, stay updated on brand launches, promotions, and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
